Depending on the size on the order it general takes use a 2 to 8 weeks to get order done. We keep very few candles in stock. We do very order as a customized order. Do you charge a Rush Delivery Charge? TOP
Yes, If you need you order done in a 5 days or less we charge a $20 fee. Please remember all of our candles are custom orders and hand poured. We do not keep many in stock. Can you refill my container or fill a container that I already own? TOP
Yes, we will. We charge .65¢ per ounce and .60¢ wicking fee for each container. We will measure your containers again before filling them if you are unsure of the ounces. Contact us for shipping/drop off information. What does "triple fragranced" or "triple scented" mean? TOP
This is a term that is loosely based on old industry averages of using 1/2 ounce of fragrance oil per pound of wax. These "triple scented" candles are most likely made with 1 1/2 ounces of fragrance oil per pound of wax. Will you do a party? TOP
Yes, we will come to your home and setup samples of our candles and will also provide sniffies of the fragrances we offer. Please contact us if you are interested in hosting a candle party. |
